Returns and refunds

Hi friends! Here is a Q&A of common questions for my returns and refund policies.


What happens if my package is lost/damaged/stolen? "Things happen like packages getting lost/damaged/stolen in transit, and it is very understandable."

If you have a lost/damaged/stolen piece, please message me on the "Contact me" tab, and I will promptly respond within 24-48 hours. Once I respond, we will take further steps based on the scenarios below.

For Lost/Stolen Items: I will confirm delivery details, and if confirmed, we will start the refund process.

For Damaged Items: I will ask for a photo confirmation to indicate the damaged paintings. Either I can do a full replacement of the piece or a refund per customer request.

Regarding damaged items, if the customer is unable to provide a clear photo of the items, we will not be able to confirm proper refund/replacement details. This may delay the next steps if not completed properly.
